Barks and Recreation Weekly Membership
How your membership works
Upon purchase of a membership, you will be credited with one 'session' (daycare day) on your Barks and Recreation members account. Please take note of the day and time of your membership purchase - your account will be debited at this time each week.
For your online security, check out is processed via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one in just a few steps by following the prompts at checkout.
To access your 'session' (daycare day) each week, you can either:
1) Book online. At checkout, your credited 'session' (daycare day) will be deducted from your account. This option is best if you are unsure which day you will require daycare from week to week.
2) Ask staff to create a recurring weekly booking for you on the same day each week.
3) Staff can deduct a 'session' (daycare day) from your account in the case of a 'walk in' booking.
If you require additional daycare days within the same week, book online and enter the promo code (you will receive this upon checkout) to access the discounted rate of $60 per day.
Membership Terms and Conditions
The membership cost of $60 will be direct debited from your nominated bank or credit account on a weekly basis for the duration of this membership.
This entitles you to one full day of dog daycare each week, which is subject to availability.
Unused weekly 'sessions' (daycare days) can be accessed for a maximum of 30 days. Credited 'sessions' (daycare days) that have not been used within 30 days will be forfeited. Unused 'sessions' (daycare days) cannot be refunded during or after the membership period.
Bookings via membership are subject to our regular terms and conditions. Late cancellation/reschedule and ‘no show’ policies apply.
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time by providing Barks and Recreation with prior notification.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated bank or credit account has sufficient funds to allow payment to be made each week. If sufficient funds are not available for payment, your membership may be cancelled.
By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these subscription terms and conditions, or with our general daycare terms and conditions, may result in cancellation of your membership.
